About the Role

This newly created role serves as the Regional Finance, Tax and Transfer Pricing lead for APAC, combining regional financial control, tax leadership, transfer pricing governance, statutory compliance, financial analysis, business partnering, and regional expansion responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee finance and tax matters across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia while providing leadership to the Batam-based Finance Manager and partnering closely with business leaders, auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.

Beyond managing day-to-day finance, reporting, compliance, and tax matters, this role will also support the organisation's regional growth initiatives, including the establishment of new entities, implementation of finance and tax frameworks, and integration of new operations into the Group's reporting and governance structure. The ideal candidate will combine strong regional finance leadership with deep transfer pricing and Indonesian tax expertise, together with the commercial and analytical capability to support strategic decision-making across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Finance Leadership:

• Act as the senior finance representative across APAC and key finance partner to the UK Finance Director.
• Provide financial leadership, governance, and oversight across APAC entities.
• Support regional business leaders with financial insights and commercial guidance.
• Develop scalable finance processes and controls to support future business growth.
• Provide leadership and guidance to regional finance personnel, including the Finance Manager based in Batam.

Tax Management & TRANSFER PRICING

• Lead APAC tax compliance activities across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax, withholding tax, VAT/GST, dividend remittances, royalty arrangements, interest remittances, and other tax obligations.
• Serve as the regional owner for Transfer Pricing compliance and implementation of Group Transfer Pricing policies.
• Review and monitor intercompany transactions, cost allocations, management fees, service agreements, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Work closely with external tax advisors to minimise tax risk and maintain compliance across jurisdictions.
• Apply knowledge of tax treaties and international tax regulations to support regional operations.

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities across APAC entities.
• Review management accounts, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reporting packs.
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of regional financial results.
• Monitor financial performance and identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Ensure reporting standards remain aligned with Group requirements and corporate governance expectations.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across APAC.
• Perform variance analysis and monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and financial modelling to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support business planning, investment evaluations, and commercial decision-making processes.
• Monitor cash flow performance and working capital requirements across the region.
• Support treasury management activities including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, funding requirements, and working capital optimisation across APAC entities.

Statutory Compliance, Audit &Regulatory Management

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, statutory reporting obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and support audit activities across APAC entities.
• Act as the primary finance liaison with external auditors (including EY), tax advisors, regulators, legal advisors, and other professional service firms supporting APAC operations.

Regional Expansion & Entity Establishment

• Support the incorporation and establishment of new legal entities across APAC as business expansion requires.

• Establish finance, tax, reporting, compliance, and governance frameworks for newly incorporated entities.

Project Finance & Commercial Support

Finance Systems, Process Improvement& Automation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA,CA, ICAEW, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, including regional responsibilities.

The Role

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, controllership, audit, governance, or compliance functions.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

Job Purpose

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all construction and technical documents for the company. She will be implementing processes and tools, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, distributing documents, and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for creating and maintaining a filing system that supports efficient informationmanagement with the project team.

•Effectively follow the Company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents andresponsible for complying with Project Control System procedures for proper documentation.

•Conduct regular review audits to ensure information on all records is accurate and up to date.

•Provide administrative support for site set-up and maintenance.

•Coordinate with all departments to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in theright department file archive to ensure consistency across the business.

•Ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the document’ssubmission due date. Not all employees follow the standard format thus making it the responsibilityof a Document Controller to edit documents that have typographical errors and other types of errorsthat may lead to the disqualification of a document.

•Submission of samples, drawing, ISO document and progress weekly report to respectivestakeholders.

•Follow up with consultants for the approval of samples, including coordination with the tradeconductors.

•Responsible for submitting corporate documents punctually ensuring that ISGs quality standards aremet. Documents with poor quality may lead to further an operational problem hence it is important tosubmit each document with standard quality.

•Keep track on submission of shop drawings, once approved, copies of the updated drawings are tobe printed and sent to site.

•Ensure that all documents are submitted to their pre-designated departments before the requiredsubmission date expires in order to make submissions early.

•Filing of documents in hard and soft copies ensuring OMM are

•Keep track of all Company records by looking through both hard files and computer database files on aregular basis. Keep track of any document changes by highlighting document modifications so that thesechanges can be viewed by upper management personnel.

•Submission for fit-out deposits refunds.

•Provide general administrative support to the project teams as required
