Role Purpose

You will own the full lifecycle and commercial performance of Teleport’s contract portfolio — the rates, terms, and capacity commitments we lock in with customers on a longer-term basis. This is not a back-office filing role. You are the person who ensures contracts are commercially sound before we sign them, that they stay current once live, and that we are strategically growing the share of our capacity that sits under contract.

You sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Pricing. You will push the sales organisation on best practices, build the analytical frameworks that determine where and how much capacity should be contracted, and make sure nothing leaks between what we agree and what we bill.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Strategy & Capacity Planning

• Develop and maintain a target framework that determines how much of Teleport’s capacity per lane/market should be under contract vs. spot, balancing yield optimisation with volume security.
• Identify lanes and customers with low contract penetration. Work with sales teams to convert ad-hoc volumes into structured contract commitments.
• Before committing to any long-term contract, run a structured assessment against lane performance benchmarks, comparable customer terms, and margin thresholds — build and own this pre-commitment checklist.

2. Commercial Terms & Contract Quality

• Own the wording and commercial terms in all contract-rate agreements. Continuously improve standard clauses to protect Teleport’s position (e.g. Fuel Surcharge mechanisms, volume commitment definitions, penalty/ramp structures).
• Push best practices on the sales organisation: what a well-structured commitment looks like, how to negotiate volume floors, when to escalate.
• Ensure all necessary commercial information (lanes, surcharges, volume commitments, competitive context) is fully documented before any contract proceeds to approval.

3. Contract Lifecycle & Renewals

• Maintain the master database of all active customer contracts and bespoke rate agreements.
• Proactively trigger the renewal process 30–60 days before expiry. Flag contracts where terms should be renegotiated based on performance data.
• Initiate timely contract updates when market conditions, surcharges, or commercial terms change. Ensure no contract runs on stale terms.

4. Billing Accuracy & Finance Coordination

• Track and coordinate with Finance to ensure every contract is billed exactly as agreed — correct rates, correct surcharges, correct lanes.
• Perform regular spot-check audits: rates live in the Cargo Management System must match the signed contract. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with the relevant teams to ensure approved rates are accurately uploaded into the CMS.

5. Workflow & Approvals

• Act as the central follow-up point to keep rate proposals moving through the internal approval hierarchy without bottlenecks.
• Verify that all proposed rates align with Teleport’s pricing strategy and margin requirements before final sign-off. Flag deviations immediately.

6. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Provide weekly reporting on contract portfolio status: pending deals, renewal pipeline, penetration rates by lane/customer, margin performance vs. spot.
• Identify process pain points and propose automation or system improvements to reduce manual effort and cycle times.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years in air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding — specifically in Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Operations.
• You understand yield, contract structures, and what makes a deal good or bad. Not just data entry — commercial judgment.
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modelling). Experience with Cargo Management Systems. Comfort with data.
• Near-obsessive focus on accuracy. One wrong surcharge or missed renewal has real revenue consequences.
• Confident following up with senior stakeholders and sales managers. You keep things moving without being asked.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Success Metrics

• Growing share of total capacity/revenue under contract vs. spot, by lane and market.
• Days from rate request to system-live. Target: continuous reduction.
• Zero discrepancies between signed contracts and CMS entries / invoiced amounts.
• Percentage of contracts renewed or renegotiated before expiry (target: 100% touched pre-expiry).
• 100% of new contracts pass the lane benchmark and margin assessment before sign-off.
• Measurable reduction in leakage from stale terms, missing surcharges, or incorrect system rates.

Vendor Management & Centre Operations

• Coordinate and liaise with appointed term vendors to execute standard programmes, ensuring day-to-day delivery aligns with service requirements
• Assist with the administrative sourcing and procurement processes for non-term vendors and subject-matter experts, adhering to standard organisational guidelines
• Provide day-to-day centre operations support, manage equipment and materials logistics, and provide administrative backing for the centre.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Relevant work experience focused on programme coordination, event delivery, stakeholder coordination, or operational execution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with vendors, collaborating with stakeholders, and assisting centre visitors or student audiences
• Experience in working with term vendors and navigating standard administrative sourcing and procurement processes
• Ability to adapt well and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment
• Robust organisational, multitasking, and logistical skills to handle concurrent event assignments and deliver tasks within deadlines

ASSISTANT MANAGER AND BAILIFF (1-YEAR CONTRACT)

The Registry is responsible for the management and disposal of cases which includes the processing, storing and retrieval of court documents, as well as fixing hearings for matters commencing in the Supreme Court.

The officer is expected to:

• Manage cases filed in the Supreme Court through analysing, reviewing, monitoring and processing documents in accordance with the applicable rules, practice directions, standard operating procedures and policies;
• Draft and/or prepare case summaries, reports, notices or general correspondence and liaise with lawyers, self-represented persons, internal and external stakeholders (including other government agencies) to facilitate the efficient disposal of cases;
• Process applications involving the arrest or release of vessels;
• Carry out field operations for various enforcement orders, including enforcement orders for seizure and sale of property, and for delivery of possession of immovable property (which involve evictions);
• Monitor hearings for committal orders, and coordinate with the Singapore Police Force for the arrest of the committal respondent;
• Carry out related administrative work to follow-through on the cases and enforcement matters, including preparing statements of accounts for applicable cases or matters;
• Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date case information and records, and statistics on caseload and disposal;
• Review and streamline existing operational processes to improve quality and productivity;
• Participate as a team member and be involved in projects which affect the operations of the Registry; and
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2 – 3 years working experience in Enforcement or Investigative work
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and accountability for public resources
• Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent professional conduct when dealing with members of the public, legal practitioners, external stakeholders and court staff
• Able to work under time pressure

Role Summary

We are looking for a Functional Test Manager with strong core banking domain expertise and hands-on testing leadership across Agile and Waterfall deliveries. The role requires solid functional test ownership (planning, design, execution, defect management) along with working knowledge of test automation using Selenium + Java and BDD/Cucumber. The candidate will lead end-to-end test cycles, drive quality outcomes, and collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders across onsite/offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and analyse business requirements and functional specifications across core banking (retail/corporate) modules (e.g., CASA, Deposits, Loans, Trade, Treasury) with strong exposure to Core Banking platform preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS).

2. Own test planning and test design: create/maintain test scenarios, test cases (functional + interface), and ensure comprehensive coverage across SIT/UAT and regression cycles.

3. Lead Agile test execution (sprint-based testing, regression, end-to-end validation) and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.

4. Drive defect management: log/triage defects, track to closure, minimize defect leakage, and provide quality reporting/metrics to stakeholders.

5. Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.

6. Contribute to/guide automation efforts: review automation approach, identify candidates for automation, and work with teams leveraging Selenium (Java) frameworks.

7. Support estimation, status reporting, defect management, and stakeholder communication; contribute to proposals/presentations if needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong experience in Banking functional testing with proven test lead ownership (planning, design, execution, reporting).

2. Strong domain knowledge in Core Banking platform preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE / Oracle Banking solutions and core banking modules (e.g., CASA, Deposits, Loans, Trade, Treasury).

3. Working experience/exposure to test automation .

4. Test Automation using Selenium (Java) frameworks.

5. Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and end-to-end test lifecycle.

6. Strong client interaction, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with distributed onsite/offshore teams.

7. Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to project needs (including shifts/weekends when required).

Good to Have (Updated)

1. Experience contributing to automation strategy/roadmap or shift-left testing initiatives.

2. Exposure to AI and adoption of AI in testing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Strong in project management skills, comes with marketing background having managed both media and creative comms work.
• Lead the development and implementation of effective integrated marketing campaigns.
• Must be able to understand the marketing terms, able to assess work and articulate feedback to creative agency, media agency and media owner).
• Monitor, optimise and evaluate campaign performance based on agreed metrics, refine campaign messages, mechanics, and execution to ensure that targets are met.
• Manage budgets, procurement, invoicing, forecasting, accruals, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery and achieve value for money for campaign deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Manage appointed creative, media, research and other third-party agencies for effective results and performance.
• Handle other project management tasks e.g. regular reporting and presentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, media planning, and customer experience management.
• Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to quickly adapt to fluid situations.
• Prior working experience working in public sector will be advantageous.
• Ability to effectively manage cross-level stakeholders including senior management, stakeholders from different business units and external agencies.
