Job description:

• Work with project team and involve in procurement, construction, commissioning
• Manage project execution at site for electrical & ELV distribution system.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specification, procedures and requirements
• Liase with sub-contractor, attend site inspection, and resolve site technical issues.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, site activities, and claim certification. 
• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation order.
• To liase with drafter to update changes on site into as-build drawing
• Prepare request for information (RFI) on changes of specification
• To participate in tender activity

Job Requirements:

• Preferred 3-6 years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering on building construction
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred),Bachelor's Degree
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and communication
• Good organizational, time management, leadership, and decision making skills
• Good project management and supervision skills
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

工作職責

• 報告：準備並向專案經理和相關政府機構提交每月環境報告。
• 主管機關聯絡員：作為環境審計和許可證方面與環境部 (DOE)、JAS 和地方市政委員會的主要聯絡人。
• 培訓：向現場工作人員和分包商提供環境意識培訓和簡報。

職位要求

• 持有美國能源部 (DOE) 註冊環境官員 (EO) 或相關資質證書（例如 CePSWAM 或 CePBFO）者優先考慮。

Tanggungjawab Kerja

• Pengurusan Pematuhan: Memastikan semua aktiviti tapak mematuhi Akta Kualiti Alam Sekitar 1974 dan undang-undang serta peraturan alam sekitar lain yang berkaitan.
• Pelaksanaan EMP: Melaksanakan dan memantau Pelan Pengurusan Alam Sekitar (EMP) dan Pelan Kawalan Hakisan dan Sedimen (ESCP).
• Pemeriksaan Tapak: Menjalankan audit tapak secara berkala untuk mengenal pasti risiko alam sekitar (cth., sisa terjadual, kualiti air, bunyi bising dan habuk) dan mengesyorkan tindakan pembetulan.
• Pelaporan: Menyediakan dan mengemukakan laporan alam sekitar bulanan kepada Pengurus Projek dan agensi kerajaan yang berkaitan.
• Perhubungan Pihak Berkuasa: Bertindak sebagai titik hubungan utama untuk Jabatan Alam Sekitar (JAS), JAS dan majlis perbandaran tempatan mengenai audit dan permit alam sekitar.
• Latihan: Menyediakan latihan dan taklimat kesedaran alam sekitar kepada kakitangan tapak dan subkontraktor.

Keperluan Kerja

• Diploma/Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Sains Alam Sekitar, Kejuruteraan (Alam Sekitar/Kesihatan/Keselamatan), atau disiplin yang berkaitan.
• Pegawai Alam Sekitar (EO) Berdaftar dengan DOE atau pensijilan kompeten yang berkaitan (contohnya, CePSWAM atau CePBFO) adalah sangat diutamakan.
• Minimum 2–4 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam pengurusan alam sekitar dalam industri pembinaan atau PKS.
• Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang peraturan alam sekitar Malaysia dan keperluan pelaporan.
• Fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu untuk mengendalikan dokumentasi dan lawatan tapak pihak berkuasa.
• Lokasi: Mesti bersedia bekerja di lokasi di Klang.

Job Responsibilities

• Compliance Management: Ensure all site activities comply with the Environmental Quality Act 1974 and other relevant environmental laws and regulations.
• EMP Implementation: Execute and monitor the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP).
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site audits to identify environmental risks (e.g., scheduled waste, water quality, noise, and dust) and recommend corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly environmental reports to the Project Manager and relevant government agencies.
• Authority Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Department of Environment (DOE), JAS, and local municipal councils regarding environmental audits and permits.
• Training: Provide environmental awareness training and briefings to site staff and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), or a related discipline.
• Registered Environmental Officer (EO) with DOE or relevant competent certifications (e.g., CePSWAM or CePBFO) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in environmental management within the construction or SME industry.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu to handle documentation and authority site visits.
• Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Klang.
