We are looking for an experienced Senior Control and Software Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of advanced control systems and embedded software for next-generation Solid State Transformers (SST), high-power grid-tied inverters, and large-scale renewable energy integration platforms.

You will drive technical innovation in medium- and high-voltage power electronics for applications including data center electrification, utility-scale renewables, microgrids, EV charging infrastructure, and smart grid systems. · Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams (hardware, systems, test, and firmware) on protection schemes, communication architectures (IEC 61850, Modbus TCP, DNP3, OPC-UA), cybersecurity, and functional safety.

· Mentor and guide junior control/software engineers; conduct design reviews, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement of the control software platform and architecture.

• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols such as the Singapore BIM Guide and ISO 19650 to ensure compliance and quality
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a BIM Coordinator, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor, demonstrating proven expertise in BIM coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field to support technical understanding and project requirements
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple BIM tasks and documentation efficiently
• Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective BIM-related solutions
