Job Summary

As a Resident Engineer, you will lead site teams to supervise construction, ensuring design accuracy, safety, and compliance with contract specifications. Responsibilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent accreditation recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
• Registration as a Resident Engineer accredited by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Registration with IES/ACES and a minimum of 2 years experience supervising civil/structural works
• 3-5 years of site supervision experience as a Resident Engineer, preferably with HDB/LTA project experience
• Thorough knowledge of Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, government contract documents, and BCA reporting requirements
