Drive AI-driven automation and intelligent reporting across Finance and Operations to streamline and automate reporting processes.

• Major Fault Support & Review – Respond to Severity 1/2 incidents within 1 hour, log cases to Huawei TAC, lead troubleshooting, and conduct post event fault reviews.

職責：

• 作為所有客戶帳戶管理事宜的主要聯絡人。
• 建立並維護牢固、持久的客戶關係。
• 協商合約並達成協議，以實現利潤最大化。
• 與重要客戶、客戶利害關係人和高階主管贊助商建立值得信賴的顧問關係。
• 確保根據客戶需求和目標，及時、成功地交付我們的解決方案。
• 向內部和外部利害關係人清楚傳達每月/每季計畫的進度。
• 與現有客戶開發新業務，並/或找出需要改進的領域以完成銷售配額。
• 預測並追蹤關鍵客戶指標（例如季度銷售業績和年度預測）。
• 準備帳戶狀態報告。
• 與銷售團隊合作，發掘並拓展轄區內的商機。
• 根據需要協助處理具有挑戰性的客戶請求或問題升級。

要求。

• 溝通技巧
• 具備為客戶需求提供以客戶為中心的解決方案的經驗。
• 具備同時處理多個客戶管理專案的能力，並能保持對細節的敏銳關注。
• 良好的傾聽、談判和表達能力。
• 口頭和書面溝通能力。
• 至少擁有高中學歷，銷售或相關領域專業。
