Job Summary

Prepare and cook assigned dishes according to the menu while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and equipment safety in compliance with company and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook assigned dishes accurately according to the menu for serving
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils at all times
• Process all food following company policies and government regulatory controls to ensure safety and quality
