The APAC Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) Analyst will be based in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia providing regional threat detection, intelligence collection and analysis, risk incident triage and escalation as well as crisis management support (administrative & operational) for the firm across APAC. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in technology or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification are a plus
• Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
