This role is in Tax Regulatory Services Team, which executes a suite of processes supporting the bank on fulfilment of due-diligence requirements under Common Reporting Standard (“CRS”) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”).

Main Responsibilities
·      Responsible for timely execution and fulfillment BAU processes; Change in Circumstances (“CIC”) FO outreach/monitoring, Relationship Manager Inquiry Exercise (“RMI”), CRS & FATCA Annual Internal Classification, CRS & FATCA Annual Mass Mailing Client Outreach and Discretionary Trust Distribution monitoring processes.
·      Partnership with various stakeholders such as Front Office, Tech team, Scanning and Mailing teams in supporting above-mentioned processes.
·      Accountable to manage and support day-to-day BOSCOS CIC workflow.
·      Co-ordinate with COLM and CA teams to ensure completion of closed account CRS valid self cert and QI DTT update.
·      Plan and execute annual processes runbooks andliaise with stakeholders on exception or changes that may arise to ensurenecessary tasks are well executed.
·      Perform assessment on above-mentioned processes pre-reporting and consolidating requirements to facilitate regulatory obligations.
·      Address queries and feedback from various stakeholders.

·      Participate in projects that may impact FATCA and CRS reporting which include performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing as well as regression system testing requirement.
·      Review existing processes to identify potential area of improvement, process streamlining, risk and deviation to achieve control management and processes standardization.
·      Prepare management information updates to Head of Department on a weekly basis.

Work Experience & Education Qualification
·      Preferably university degree in finance or accounting.
·      3 years of experience in banking/financial institution.
·      Experience in FATCA, QI and CRS processes and tax reporting related will be an added advantage.
·      Excellent time management skill and interpersonal skill.
·      Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

Job Purpose

• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP PI 7.5 and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) for enterprise integration solutions.
• Develop and manage interfaces between SAP and third-party systems (e.g., Maximo, Anaplan, Treasury systems).
• Configure and maintain integration components including SLD, ESR (Integration Repository), Integration Directory (ID), and central monitoring tools.
• Design and implement message structures and technical configurations, ensuring effective message processing and XML-based transformations.
• Utilize and manage connectivity frameworks (Proxy & Adapter Framework) and adapters such as File/FTP, HTTP, IDoc, JDBC, SOAP, RFC, and REST APIs.
• Apply integration technologies including SOAP, REST, OData, Groovy scripting, XML, XSLT, and JSON transformations within CPI.
• Prepare and support testing and documentation deliverables (unit/integration testing, user manuals, KT materials), while collaborating with ABAP teams and ensuring clear status reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and continuously improve the company's comprehensive risk management framework by formulating risk management policies, procedures, standards, and control tools to ensure full coverage across all business processes.
• Identify, assess, and monitor credit risk, market risk, operational risk, compliance risk, and funding risk; prepare profit and loss reports, risk assessment reports, and risk alert notifications.
• Participate in risk control reviews for business projects, conduct due diligence and risk ratings on counterparties, customers, and major transactions, and provide approval recommendations.
• Monitor business execution, conduct routine risk inspections, abnormal data analysis, and risk investigations to promptly identify and issue warnings on potential issues.
• Lead the handling of risk incidents, formulate response measures, follow up on corrective actions, minimize losses, and establish post-incident review and improvement mechanisms.
• Collaborate with trading, finance, legal, operations, and other departments to integrate risk control requirements into business processes and enhance overall risk awareness among employees.
• Regularly report to management on the company's overall risk exposure, effectiveness of risk control implementation, and optimization recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Monitor changes in industry policies and regulatory requirements, and update risk management strategies in a timely manner to ensure compliant and stable business operations.
• Review the input records of physical and derivatives transactions, and verify the accuracy of valuations in the risk management system.
• Assist the finance department in managing derivative-related funding and settlement activities.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in risk management, trading risk, or commodity/LNG markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of market risk, credit risk, and derivatives.
• Proficiency in risk systems and Excel-based analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (verbal and written) is required to liaise with stakeholders at headquarters in China, where Mandarin is the primary working language.
• Experience in Chinese corporations is an advantage.
