5. Quality Assurance & Complaint Investigation

• Investigate customer complaints, product non-conformance, foreign matter cases, and food safety incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor product quality consistency, sensory evaluation, raw material acceptance, and finished product specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers, production personnel, and management regarding quality-related matters.

6. Documentation & Record Management

• Maintain accurate QA records including CCP monitoring logs, temperature records, production checklists, sanitation records, calibration records, batch manufacturing records, and traceability documentation.
• Ensure proper filing, retention, and updating of all QA-related documents and reports.
• Prepare QA reports, trend analysis, and quality performance summaries for management review.

7. Laboratory & Product Verification

• Coordinate with external laboratories for microbiological, shelf-life, environmental swab, and product testing.
• Conduct daily physical, chemical, and sensory evaluations on raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor product specifications, labeling accuracy, allergen controls, and packaging integrity.

8. Training & Staff Development

• Conduct orientation and refresher training for production staff on GMP, food hygiene, SOPs, HACCP awareness, cleaning procedures, and workplace safety.
• Guide and supervise production personnel to ensure proper operational and hygiene practices are consistently followed.

Education

The incumbent will support his/ her Reporting Officer in the management of vendors to fulfil service contract obligations. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Manager, IT plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure. This role combines hands-on IT support with operational oversight, acting as a trusted partner for employees and a reliable link to management. You will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, providing technical assistance, and continuously improving systems to support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Service Excellence

• Provide "above and beyond" IT support by resolving hardware, software, and system issues quickly and effectively.
• Act as the go-to contact for helpdesk assistance, covering areas such as:
• Setting up and configuring workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Managing home office setups and IT requirements for company events.
• Installing, updating, and troubleshooting applications and operating systems.

IT Operations Management

Documentation & Governance

• Develop and maintain accurate IT documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and technical manuals.

• Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and internal audit requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support with solid knowledge of Windows, Office365 / Copilot 365, Exchange, Azure, Intune and Entra ID.
• Proven experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, and user support across a wide range of systems and applications.

** Key Responsibilities

1、Support the chartering team with market report collation and voyage calculations.

2、Monitor vessel movements throughout the entire voyage; assist with routine operational tasks and contingency matters arising during voyage execution.

3、Liaise with operations, finance and legal teams to complete voyage settlements; responsible for sorting, filing and retaining voyage contracts, shipping documents and business records.

4、Assist the Chartering Manager with daily communications with shipowners, ship brokers, cargo owners/charterers and port agents.

5、Support follow-up and development of clients.

** Requirements

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Shipping Management, Logistics, Maritime Law or a related field.

· Experience: 1-3 years of experience in bulk dry chartering and shipping operations, outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Associate Manager or Manager of Payment and Card Operations, to oversee our day-to-day transaction processing, client ledger management, and card program operations.

In this role, you will be the core custodian of how money moves through our ecosystem—balancing available liquidity, payment rail operating hours, settlement speeds, and costs to ensure seamless user experiences.

Depending on your experience level, you will either step directly into or grow into a people-management role - leading a lean on site and cross border operations team, tasked with handling transaction volumes, maintaining strict SLAs, triaging failed payments, and executing complex multi-layer reconciliations.

Additionally, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering to co-design automated payment routing flows and scalable ledger mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment Operations & Liquidity Management

Daily Execution: Oversee day-to-day deposit and payout processing, ensuring all transactions align with available liquidity, specific payment rail operating hours, settlement speeds, and cost-efficiency.

Client Ledger Management: Own the accuracy and integrity of client ledgers for all deposit and payout actions.

Payment Triage & Exceptions: Act as the primary escalation point for failed payments; proactively collaborate with banking partners and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to trace, refund, or re-process stuck funds.

Team Leadership & SLAs: Manage and coach the payment operations team, shift schedules, and tracking performance against transaction volumes, processing speed, and strict operational SLAs.

Automation & Innovation: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to co-design and implement automated payment routing flows and system mechanisms.

2. Card Operations & Reconciliation

Ledger Oversight: Manage end-to-end ledger movements covering card top-ups, user expenditures, and specialized card promotion ledgers.

Multi-Layer Reconciliation: Establish and oversee robust daily reconciliation processes: internal ledger matching, as well as internal ledgers vs. card provider ledgers to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.

Dispute & Chargeback Management: Direct the card dispute workflow, including chargeback filing, tracking, and dispute validation.

Flow Design & Optimization: Collaboratively design optimized card payment flows while managing the team on daily card reconciliation, chargeback processing, and refund execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in payment operations, card operations, or financial clearing, with previous experience leading/mentoring junior team members or managing a team.

Ledger & Recon Expertise: Proven experience managing complex financial ledgers (including promotional/incentive ledgers) and running multi-party ledger reconciliations.

Payment Rail Literacy: Deep understanding of various payment rails, including their specific operating windows, clearing times, settlement speeds, and cost structures.

Vendor & Bank Relations: Strong track record of working with PSPs, clearing networks, and banking partners to trace funds and triage system exceptions.

Analytical Capabilities: High proficiency in data analysis (SQL knowledge is heavily preferred) to monitor SLAs, trace transaction anomalies, and optimize routing.

Problem-Solving: Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate operational friction into automated product/engineering requirements.
