Organization Overview
The company does not function merely as a local subsidiary but serves as the regional headquarters overseeing both ASEAN and India operations.
By 2026, the EC organization is planning to expand to a structure covering 7 countries with a team of 9 members. From the Malaysia office, the company is driving EC strategy, operational standardization, and system implementation across ASEAN and India.
This position is considered a core member role within the ASEAN-wide EC strategy team. The successful candidate is expected to join initially as a staff member, with future expectations to grow into an Assistant Manager role.
This is not simply an operational role. The position will also be involved in:
- Strategic planning
- Business plan development
- KPI design and management
- System implementation projects
- Organizational development
Job Responsibilities
1. ASEAN Regional EC Management Functions
- Support organizational planning and annual business planning
- Budget management and numerical analysis
- KPI development and improvement initiatives based on business plans
- Standardization and improvement of EC operations across ASEAN countries
2. Large-Scale Project Management
- Business-side project management for membership, points, and mobile app system implementation
- Coordination and requirement gathering with each country
- Collaboration with system teams and the Japan headquarters
3. Organizational Management
- Support management of EC department team members
- Improve customer service quality and implement fan/customer engagement initiatives
- Support organizational structure development in line with business expansion
■MUST TO HAVE:
· Experience in project management or project coordination
· Hands-on experience in managing and operating Shopify
