Account Receivables:

To manage all account receivables and ensure the transactions are recorded accordingly.
To ensure timely payment from customers.
To review periodically the customer accounts and ensure the customer financial accountability is of company’s policies.
To issue Invoices and Delivery Order to all customers.
To work closely with Account Manager in planning, development, and implementation of effective accounting strategies, policies and procedures.
To establish and maintain good relationship with customers to ensure future sales.
To constantly review the overdue receivables and report it to management when necessary.
To collaborate with sales department in recouping value for company.
To evaluation and analyses of receivables data when required.
To prepare monthly sales closing stock report for SST purpose.
To create item code for SO and quotation purposes.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
To constantly review and improve customer payment control procedure.

Account Payables:

To manage all account payables and ensure the transactions are recorded accordingly.
To ensure timely payment to suppliers in accordance with company’s cashflows.
To review periodically the supplier accounts and ensure the supplier financial accountability is of company’s policies.
To handle invoices and DO from suppliers.
To work closely with Account Manager in planning, development, and implementation of effective accounting strategies, policies and procedures.
To establish and maintain good relationship with suppliers to ensure business opportunities.
To constantly review outstanding payables and report it to management when necessary.
To collaborate with Purchase Department in maximizing company’s cashflow.
To evaluation and analyses of payables data when required.
To prepare monthly purchase closing stock report for SST purpose.
To handle SST matters internally and externally, ensuring the SST worksheet is always up to date.
To ensure the customers comply with SST and LMW rules and regulations.
To coordinate with Purchasing Department for any defects and refund issues.
To manage all utilities bills on time and internal claims.
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
To constantly review and improve supplier payment control procedure.

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 4–6 years of relevant experience
Able to handle full set of accounts independently with strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; professional qualifications (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MICPA) are an added advantage

主要職責：

負責安排和監督害蟲防治、辦公室維護和保養（如有需要），例如照明、飲水機、空調、辦公家具和配件、傳真機、影印機、印表機、電話、電氣工程等。
如有需要，安排內部/外部技術人員進行辦公室維護工作。
以專業的態度歡迎並接待所有訪客、供應商、客戶、候選人，並通知相關人員。
接聽來電並將電話轉接給相關人員。
在相關人員不在辦公室的情況下記錄留言；隨後通知相關人員來電及其目的。
負責所有快遞服務、收件、郵寄、公司內部郵件分發和傳真轉發。
負責總部、各分公司以及新加坡（如有需要）所有文具/印刷材料/名片的採購。
核實公司所有月度 DIGI 帳單。
負責公司一般保險、團體保險及員工社保（SOCSO）的理賠事宜。
負責保全人員的記錄簿、庫存、值班考勤等。
執行公司車輛的傳喚。
如有需要，協助預訂飯店和機票。

支持人力資源職能：

管理和更新所有員工/分公司的電子請假系統、考勤和醫療報銷系統；
安排合格員工每年進行體檢；
如有需要，請更新員工個人資料。
協助人力資源運作－請參閱員工招募－留任－離職清單。
記錄清潔工出勤情況並提交給 Judy 女士（財務部）以便支付工資。
協助人力資源部準備年度考勤紀錄（零病假、零請假、全勤紀錄）
各部門每月考勤統計
監控員工在系統中累積的休假時間（請參閱員工手冊）
新進員工指紋登記冊
向新進員工發放 Mediviron 診所醫療卡，並更新員工合作診所名單。

About the Role

The Brand Marketing Executive is a crucial hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day tactical execution and support for a portfolio of 2 to 4 assigned brands across dining and nightlife concepts. Working closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing, this role focuses on translating strategy into execution, managing digital channels, coordinating assets, and ensuring seamless promotion implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Channel Management

End-to-End Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events for the assigned brand portfolio.
Digital Mastery: Oversee social media accounts (posting, scheduling, community management/customer service), content strategy, and digital assets for the assigned brands.
Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external suppliers and vendors, managing relationships and deliverables for promotions and printing materials.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing campaign performance and social media metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization.

Content & Event Support

Content Creation Support: Work with the in-house Designer/Agency to coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing collaterals, visuals, and content.
Event/Project Management: Manage logistical aspects of in-store promotions, media tasting events, and nightlife activations, ensuring all materials (menus, displays, PR kits) are delivered on time.
Budget Management Support: Assist the Brand Manager in managing the marketing budget and tracking costs/COGS for promotional items.

Professionalism & Accountability (Ownership Mandate)

Ownership and Proactiveness: Own assigned tasks and deadlines. Be proactive in offering support, suggesting campaign improvements, and taking the initiative to move tasks forward.
Communication & Deadlines: Ensure all communication channels are utilized properly. Ensure execution tasks are completed on deadline and provide solid, proper actionable updates to the reporting manager.
Reporting: Assist the Brand Manager in preparing campaign recaps and updates for WIP meetings.
Responsiveness: Be responsive during working hours, acknowledging that you are a key executor whose timely response is critical to team delivery.
