Key Responsibilities

Quotation Preparation

• Prepare and generate quotations based on approved pricing structures and standardized templates
• Ensure all quotation details are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal guidelines
• Maintain proper records of quotations and related documentation for audit and reference purposes

Pricing Review Support

• Assist in reviewing pricing data and validating calculations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or pricing support roles.
• Experience with quotation systems or pricing databases is good to have.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, and basic analysis)
• High attention to detail with accuracy in data handling
