What you will be doing:

Hubble is looking for an experienced Account Manager (Individual Contributor- Hunter Role) who has the talent & ability to generate new business (new logo acquisition or expanding in existing client base). They should have a consultative sales approach and a successful track record of engaging and closing Enterprise segment/Large Enterprise clients with polished presentation & product demo skills. • Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual or other disciplines
• 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with a good sales track record
• Experience in a project-based, development of customized solutions sales environment
• Experience in managing key accounts in the Enterprise market, especially in Financial & Banking, Technology, Manufacturer, Oil & Gas

• To increase subscription revenue, find new markets, accounts, and market niches.
• Follow up with incoming leads and use outreach to proactively create new opportunities.
• Create and deliver presentations, discussions, and sales proposals.
• Work together with local and international sales teams to coordinate projects and exchange best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for contributing to revenue growth and market share growth in the white space segments, especially commercial / enterprise customers.
• Responsible to identify a sales plan, relevant solutions and partnerships to capture the value chain (connectivity and non-connectivity) for the assigned set of accounts in various verticals.
• Able to comprehend the market trend and work internally with various internal departments to formalise the suitable solutions to push into the various verticals
• To plan and execute creative hunting activities with minimum supervision from the supervisor. Not fearful of rejections of the hunting activities.
• Engage the clients at C-level so as to penetrate and pursue opportunities for account growth with existing and new customers. Mapping activities with selected prioritized / marque accounts with high growth potential
• Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance. Quarterly review with client C-level to align the account plans and brainstorm new ideas to increase M1 wallet share within the stipulated timeframe set or agreed upon
• Build and improve the quality of business relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
• Accurate sales reporting on a weekly basis: Revenue Report, New Logos Acquisition Report
• Willing to take up ad-hoc projects to grow the overall revenue for the company

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management / Information Technology or its related discipline
• Minimum 3 years sales experience or experience in selling solutions and/or technical services in corporate environment. Working experience in System Integration environment is preferred.
• A sound understanding of the Telecommunications and IT industry
• Demonstrated track record of network with industry business partners / vendors is an added advantage
• Able to communicate fluently and confidently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill - must be a listener, a presenter and a people’s person
• Strong desire to succeed and achieve results
• Dynamic with a can-do attitude
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior role
