About the Role
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across internal processes and platforms. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define business needs, analyse requirements, and deliver effective solutions within a structured, stakeholder-driven environment.
Please note that this is a 24 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business requirements and functional solutioning, including problem scoping and business case development
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and user stories
- Perform business analysis across key areas:
- Enterprise Analysis – Define business needs, solution scope, and business case
- Elicitation – Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather requirements
- Requirements Analysis – Assess current state and translate business needs into detailed specifications
- Solution Assessment & Validation – Evaluate solutions, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with business needs
- Work on Microsoft SharePoint-based platforms, including supporting workflows, enhancements, and process improvements
- Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend the most suitable approach
- Apply Agile methodologies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
- Review and validate test scenarios, test cases, and test results to ensure quality delivery
- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, issues, and scope changes
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate across internal teams and external vendors
- Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project milestones and service levels
- Support governance processes including reviews, approvals, and sign-offs
Requirements
- Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders (including SMEs)
- Experience working on SharePoint-based solutions, workflows, or implementations
- Knowledge or experience in the following is an advantage: Agile methodologies, Business Process Reengineering, Data Analytics / Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Strong team player with good organisational skills
