What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of UiPath development experience.
• Strong command of UiPath REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues, and API integrations.

Work you’ll do

As an AI Engineer at SimplifyNext, you will be part of a hands-on engineering team building real-world AI and machine learning solutions that create meaningful impact for clients across ASEAN. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Work you’ll do

As an Early Career Full Stack Software Developer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and consultants to design, build, and deliver modern digital applications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or developers in the early stages of their career who want exposure to real client projects, modern tech stacks, and strong mentorship.

You will gain hands on experience across front end, back end, and cloud environments while developing a strong foundation in engineering best practices.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop and enhance web and application features across front‑end and back‑end components

• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code under guidance from senior team members

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Designers to understand requirements and user journeys

• Support testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities

• Learn and apply secure coding, performance, and quality best practices

• Document technical designs and development work clearly

What you’ll bring

• 0–3 years of experience in software development (fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome)

• Foundational knowledge of front‑end technologies (e.g. JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)

• Exposure to back‑end development (e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL)

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

What You’ll Do

You will design and build enterprise-grade applications on OutSystems O11, including Reactive Web and Mobile solutions, taking strong technical ownership across the delivery lifecycle. This role involves translating business and functional requirements into robust technical designs, applying sound architectural and modular design principles to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

In this role, you will work on integrations with enterprise platforms and systems using REST / SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and event-driven patterns where applicable. You will contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management, supporting disciplined environment management, automated deployments, and reliable releases across development, test, and production environments.

You will also have opportunities to work alongside SimplifyNext’s AI and automation practice, contributing to the design and delivery of AI-augmented and intelligent workflows, such as decision support, document processing, or agent-enabled user interactions, where appropriate. Throughout delivery, you will collaborate closely with architects, stakeholders, and delivery leaders, optimise application performance, uphold coding standards and security best practices, and support production readiness and continuous improvement within the OutSystems practice.

You should be able to think architecturally, making sound design decisions rather than focusing only on screen-level implementation. This role requires comfort in balancing delivery speed with quality, security, and governance. Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams are essential.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of development experience with at least 4 years in OutSystems development.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, modular design, and performance optimization.
• Agile / Scrum delivery experience.
• OutSystems Professional or Expert Developer Certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team at SimplifyNext. In this role, you will be the operational anchor for our consultants and account managers — keeping documentation organised, data accurate, and administrative workflows running smoothly so our client-facing team can focus on what they do best.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sales Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, deal tracking, and contact information in Excel. Ensure the team always has a clean, reliable view of the pipeline.
• Contract & Proposal Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and NDAs. Coordinate with internal teams for document approvals and ensure versions are properly filed.
• Invoicing & Renewals Support: Work with the Finance team to support accurate billing and keep track of upcoming contract renewals.
• Security Clearance Coordination: Manage the end-to-end coordination of security clearance applications for our professional services team, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time for project deployments.
• General Sales Support: Handle day-to-day administrative requests from the sales team — document formatting, scheduling coordination, filing, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 3–5 years in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role. Experience in tech, consulting, or professional services is a plus but not required.
• Excel Proficiency: Comfortable working with spreadsheets for data tracking and simple reporting. You don't need to be a power user, but you should be at ease managing and organising data in Excel.
• Attention to Detail: You catch inconsistencies before anyone else does. Accuracy in documentation and data entry is something you take seriously.
• Organised and Reliable: You manage your own workload well, follow through on commitments, and don't need to be chased. The team can count on you.
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication. You're comfortable coordinating across internal teams and occasionally with external clients.
