Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quantity Surveyors team to prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and agreements ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
• Develop and implement procurement strategies by shortlisting vendors, managing RFQ/RFP processes, conducting tenders, and evaluating bids to secure optimal project resources
• Review and approve internal procurement documents to obtain management consent for contract awards
• Manage main contract progress claims, subcontract payments, and variation claims to maintain accurate financial control
• Generate and monitor project cash flow forecasts and cost value reports to support financial planning and decision-making
• Administer project timelines and budgets while conducting rates and commercial negotiations to optimize project costs
• Provide expert guidance on contractual issues and lead dispute resolution efforts to minimize project disruptions
• Collaborate with Project Teams to deliver cost and financial insights and provide contractual support throughout pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Minimum 12 years of related working experience in Main con.
• Organizational skill with attention to detail, adaptable and flexible.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and demonstrate initiative and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programmes
• Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources, cost loadings, S-curves, Programme Narratives, and scope appreciation presentation
• Work on progress forecasts and prepare rolling programmes
• Prepare weekly & monthly report to update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
• Prepare & develop micro-programme for specific trades for site planning & coordination
• Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
• Monitor timely submission of drawings & materials with approvals
• Monitor project orders and deliveries are in accordance with agreed schedules
• Carry out in the overall interfacing and coordination works aligning to the baseline schedule with respective discipline in charge
• Prepare & develop claimable EOT as per contractual clauses with commercial team with potential new catch-up programmes

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in operating Primavera P6 project planning software
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project planning experience

Requirements:

• Collaborate with project management teams to initiate, implement, and monitor detailed workplans for BIM-related tasks
• Maintain and enforce established BIM standards and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects
• Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation to support project execution and compliance
• Coordinate and liaise with project and construction teams to manage submissions, updates, changes, and resolve clashes between disciplines

Required competencies and certifications
