YOUR MISSION _________

Based in Singapore, this position will be responsible to work as a part of the marketing team to support the team in developing the business in the TR APAC region.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Regional Finance Manager is a key position within the regional finance organization, ensuring the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of financial operations across the 6 LBeauty entities.

Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, the role acts as a strategic bridge between HQ and local finance teams, combining strong technical accounting expertise, operational oversight, and transformation leadership to drive financial excellence and continuous improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Accounting & Financial Reporting

1. Accounting Governance

• Ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies and IFRS/local GAAP standards across the region.

• Act as a key reference point for technical accounting matters for local finance teams.

• Provide guidance and oversight on complex accounting transactions and judgments.

2. Monthly & Quarterly Closing

• Partner closely with the regional consolidation team to support and supervise local finance teams during monthly and quarterly closings.

• Review and validate reporting packages, including: Trial Balance (TB) vs Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliations, Fixed Asset consolidated files, COGS reconciliation and margin analysis

• Perform comprehensive quarterly Balance Sheet reviews, including: Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), Manual accruals and provisions, Advances and prepayments, Bank reconciliations, Analysis of significant variances and unusual movements

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting to HQ.

3. Finance Operations

• Collaborate with local finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders (Treasury, Legal, Supply Chain) to resolve operational finance issues.

• Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.

• Monitor working capital performance and support improvements in cash flow management.

II. Statutory & Tax Matters

1. Statutory Reporting

• Coordinate and monitor statutory financial statement preparation with local finance teams and external advisors.

• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements across all countries in scope.

• Support the definition and implementation of Transfer Pricing policies in coordination with HQ Tax.

• Oversee the preparation and finalization of Transfer Pricing Local Documentation files.

2. Statutory & Tax Audits

III. Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance, including regional or multi-country exposure.

• Solid experience in financial reporting, consolidation, statutory matters, and internal controls.

• Prior experience in an international environment, ideally within a structured Group organization.

The Regional Private Client Relationship Senior Manager/Manager will manage the private client relation and drive service excellence across all channels with the objective of delivering a highly qualitative & consistent Omni-channel Client Experience aligned with our Maison guidelines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SEA OC TR Specific (B&M / E-Retail)

• Order Management and Operations: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and visual merchandising elements to assigned retail locations.
• E-Retail Product Coordination: Regularly update e-retail platforms with new products, ensuring that all listings are accurate and current.

How will you make impact with us

The Regional VM / Retail Design Trainee will be part of the APAC Retail Design and Visual Merchandising Department, supporting the function in providing layout/planning solutions & 3D renders supporting store openings and animations as well as Counter Updates for Travel Retail and Local Markets

Her/his role is to effectively contribute through the design development and implementation for permanent counters/points of sale and events in compliance with the guidelines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

CREATIVE

DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  HQ Requests, Launches & Best Practice Reporting 

• Lead quarterly planning sessions with HQ to align on global brand performance, market trends, campaign roll-outs and strategic updates. 

• Consolidate and communicate regional media performance data, content best practices and upcoming campaign requests to HQ. 

• Prepare and distribute product launch bulletins, ensuring regional teams are briefed on all digital, ecommerce and CRM activation plans. 

• Adapt global/SEAO regional assets to reflect local market best practices and performance learnings. 

2.  Paid Media Planning & Management 

• Own the annual paid media planning cycle and conduct monthly performance reviews across all SEAO markets (SG, MY, ID, TH, AU). 

• Develop and update monthly/quarterly paid media plans in alignment with brand launch calendars. 

• Lead end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns for SG, TH and AU — from brief and media plan review to ad previews and go-live — coordinating with local teams and agencies. 

• Produce monthly post-campaign reports (PCR), including performance analysis and actionable recommendations. 

• Note: Local asset adaptation to be managed at market level. 

3.  Sephora Omnichannel 

• Prepare and manage launch assets and content for all Sephora SEA campaigns. 

• Manage always-on content updates in close collaboration with the Sephora SEA team, overseeing end-to-end execution from brief to go-live. 

• Plan and support CRM Marketing Services for the Sephora channel, including asset preparation and ongoing performance review. 

4.  Brand Website Management (SG, MY, ID, TH, AU) 

• Oversee the timely update of brand websites across all five SEAO markets for new product launches, including homepage features, campaign pages and product detail pages (PDPs). 

• Manage content mechanics and setup to ensure seamless consumer journeys across markets. 

• Handle ad hoc market requests including lead generation forms and booking/event mechanics for all five markets. 

• Produce quarterly website health performance reports, tracking key metrics and recommending improvements. 

5.  Australia Retailer Ecommerce 

• Manage ecommerce presence across AU retail partners including Adore Beauty, City Perfume, The Iconic, Heinemann and David Jones. 

• Maintain and update assortment mastersheets for each individual retailer. 

• Prepare and deliver retailer digital assets including banners and thumbnails for all activations. 

• Manage bi-annual staff allowance asset preparation and consolidate ad hoc visibility reporting across AU retail partners. 

6.  CRM & Customer Engagement 

• Conduct annual CRM data reviews and lead strategic planning to grow and nurture the regional consumer base. 

• Manage EDM programmes across SG, MY, ID, TH and AU, including: 

• Planning and localisation of trigger email sequences. 

• Campaign launch localisation (5–6 EDMs per launch cycle). 

• Briefing, testing and ad hoc communications setup on Salesforce. 

• Monthly review of trigger email performance 

• Quarterly campaign performance reviews. 

• Manage WhatsApp Business activations for MY and ID, including asset review and campaign blast setup on Salesforce. 

7.  Marketplace Ecommerce — Lazada & Shopee 

• Lead quarterly mega-campaign planning for Lazada (SG, MY, ID) and Shopee (VN), using SG mechanics as the master framework. 

• Review and provide direction on individual market planning and sales targets. 

• Liaise with the LEAP team, and consolidate and review results and post-campaign analysis across all markets. 

• Note: Local asset adaptations to be managed at market level. 

8.  Ecommerce Tracking & Reporting 

• Maintain and update the monthly ecommerce sales tracker, ensuring data accuracy across all SEAO markets and retail channels. 

• Identify emerging trends and share actionable learnings with internal stakeholders to inform future planning. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Collect, manage, and organize client data from various sources, including CRM systems, market feedback, and post-event evaluations.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client data (across all segments – including high clienteling) to identify key trends, customer segments, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.

• Develop and maintain reports to track key client engagement metrics and provide insights to markets using Power BI dashboards.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

• Assist in gathering and consolidating competitor analysis reports, focusing on clienteling strategies and best practices.

• Monitor industry trends and best practices related to client development and engagement.

Client Engagement and Personalization:

• Support the development and implementation of personalized communication strategies based on client data and preferences.

• Assist in the creation of targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance client engagement and drive sales, including event coordination for regional initiatives.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and present reports summarizing key findings and recommendations to APAC markets.

• Communicate effectively with markets and stakeholders to ensure alignment on client development strategies.

• Support the Regional High Clienteling Manager in liaising with markets to ensure clear and accurate tracking on top client growth in the database.

Operational Support:

• Assist in the maintenance of client engagement tools and platforms (including Bee Gold and Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Events and Gifting Management:

• Support on Regional Retail Team led events for the region.

• Support on Top Client Gifting strategies, guidelines and execution for the region.

Campaign Activations

• Assist the tri-axe product marketing team on planning campaigns, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned.

• Assist tri-axe product marketing team in execution of campaign activities including liaising with store managers and scheduling of trade event activities to ensure smooth flow of activities.

• Assist on off-site event planning and execution.

• Manage social calendar and assist with visual cropping and artwork creation.

Administrative Support

• Assist the team on monthly internal ordering of samples & gifts.

• Assist the team on vendor creation, PO raising, quotation & invoice tracking.

• Competitor monitoring of new launches.

• Compile post-event / post-launch reports for monitoring of ROI for each activity.
