About This Role 
You will manage the operational responsibilities of the area covering sales and administration so as to ensure smooth daily running of the branch/ location/ region and achievement of profitable targets. You will report to General Manager, Sales IE.

Managerial/ Supervisory Role 

• Manage and review the daily work performed by the Sales team according to set standards following Konecranes policies and performance goals. 
• Manage the budget allocation for the assigned area on an ongoing basis. 
• Conduct periodic performance appraisals for the staff, provide feedback to improve staff performance. 
• Identify the skills required by the staff to perform their assigned tasks, and provide appropriate training opportunities to acquire these. 

Functional Role 

• Lead the sales team to establish and expand customer base so as to increase the sales of company products to achieve sales targets set for the Region 1. 
• Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for sales team to identify potential customers, increase business opportunities and increase sales growth in the assigned region. 
• Collaborate with customers to understand issues, gather feedback and provide consultative solutions so as to develop customer relationship in all phases of the sales cycle. 
• Conduct market research and track customer information, analyze and forecast sales data so as to keep up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge and technology and to retain market competitiveness. 
• Develop prospect, customer list in our Customer Relationship Management, Siebel CRM system, for sales leads and ensure its completion and update by relevant staff. 
• This includes the use of Siebel CRM as a communication tool with all sales staff and. 
• Conduct periodic sales or business plan review meetings with sales team to brainstorm ideas and suggestions to improve market presence. 
• Monitor the issue of invoices to customers and ensure that payments are collected and credited into our bank account promptly to ensure healthy cash flow. 
• Identify areas of improvements in sales and administrative procedures, develop action plans and follow up so as to ensure successful implementation. 
• Carried out HSE meeting on a monthly basis and ensure the submission of the minutes of meeting to the HSE Manager at the Head Office. 
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

• Lead the continuous improvement of People operations across the full employee lifecycle, leveraging digital and AI capabilities to enhance operational excellence and overall employee experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business priorities into actionable people initiatives that support business goals.
• Track organizational health by people data, providing strategic insights that directly generate leadership decisions for winning together.
• Provide data-driven insights to monitor organizational health, generate actionable insights, and translate workforce data into strategic recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Build and nurture a dynamic learning ecosystem that enables professional development, strengthens organization capabilities in the transformative markets.  
• Champion and embed the company’s culture and values across the organization, ensuring it is reflected in leadership behaviors, people practices, and everyday employee interactions.
• Oversee people operation and proactively mitigate people-related risk, maintaining all People & Culture governance are compliant with local regulations and aligned with global standards.
