- Leading testing team for software development project
- Work with client/team closely and participate in team activities/events
- Perform all testing activities independently and effectively: test estimation, test planning, test strategy, test cases design, test execution, defects tracking, etc.
- Understand automation frameworks, can maintain and use the automation framework to automate the new test cases
- Collect data and report testing status
- Show creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness
- Works with offshore team to communicate findings and coordinates bug resolution
- Contributes to the QA processes by providing the team with recommendations related to QA deliverables and actively participates in process improvements
- Mentors and trains other team members
