Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare space planning, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, suppliers, and contractors throughout the project.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections to ensure design quality and project progress.
• Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials that align with project objectives and budgets.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, technical requirements, and construction standards.
• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of interior design experience (Fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
• Good presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Responsible, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects within deadlines.
• Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
