The role

We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and the LB e-commerce channel. You will manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation. A key focus is safeguarding the company through proper handling of payment disputes and timely customer notifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounts and Customer Service, to keep operations running seamlessly. Main responsibilities :

Marketplace Operations (TikTok Shop, SG)

• Monitor order integrations to ensure daily orders flow accurately into WMS and SAP.

Your Role & Responibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Supply Chain implementations, rollouts, and S/4Hana transformations
• Manage project delivery across modules such as SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, IBM
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Define and architect scalable SAP supply chain solutions aligned with business requirements
• Drive solution workshops, blueprinting, and design sessions
• Provide thought leadership on supply chain trends, digital transformation, and SAP best practices
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions
• Influence strategic decisions at the client leadership level
• Support business development and pre-sales activities including proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations
• Identify opportunities for further engagement and value creation
• Support capability building and knowledge sharing within IBM Consulting

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain solutions
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA)
• Deep functional expertise in at least 2–3 modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, IBP)
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes:ProcurementDemand & supply planningManufacturingLogistics & distribution
• Experience working in consulting environments with global clients
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation programs
• Knowledge of SAP Digital Supply Chain tools (IBP, Ariba, EWM, TM)
• Familiarity with integration technologies (API, middleware, SAP BTP)

• Proven track record in procurement or operations planning, preferably within the electronics or hardware manufacturing sector.

• Advanced analytical capability to interpret complex data sets and inform strategic inventory decisions.

• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage diverse supply chain projects under evolving priorities.

• Business proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with regional manufacturing partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors to ensure required delivery dates are met, resolve escalated issues within execution horizon, eg. expedite/ de-expedite not agreed by suppliers.
• Provide visibility into material constraints, changes to the supplier delivery dates and any bottlenecks (operational) to other Planners
• Conduct regular demand reviews with suppliers to help identify any potential supply issues in the future
• Support identification of opportunities to increase agility with suppliers

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in materials/supply planning, sourcing / purchasing and supplier management
• Knowledge of supply management / collaboration, inventory management and procurement
• Advanced knowledge of, and experience with sourcing and supplier management activities for raw material and components in mechanics / electronics
• Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and supplier collaboration tools.
• University Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management
