Role Summary  

The primary responsibility of the Supply Chain Analyst, APAC role is to effectively and efficiently work with relevant stakeholders on operational, implementation and process improvement know-how,covering from sourcing and procurement, international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, domestic distribution to payment in APAC. This position is based in Singapore.

In this role, you will… 

• Be a control tower to provide data and performing ad hoc analysis request
• Analyze end to end performance KPIs provided by 3PLsand monitor trends, investigate root causes, review corrective and preventive action and make logical recommendations for improvements
• Develop and maintain a reporting suite of STS, OTC and SFDC reports and dashboards for weekly / monthly internal stakeholder review
• Oversee and manage APAC Supply Chain complaint tickets
• Gather spend data, analyze details, identify outliers and anomalies through useful graphs and dashboards to visualize and effectively convey the information to deliver the strategic initiatives
• Manage all APAC supply chain contracts by tracking respective expiry/renewal status
• Perform supply chain modelling, feasibility study and financial analyses mainly through data collation, data analyses and development of models / scenarios / forecasts to support the APAC Supply Chain team
• Support compiling the necessary supply chain information for issuing RFQ to 3PLs
• Support SAP troubleshooting

In this role, you’ll need … 

• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain industry or in a similar role managing logistics service providers
• Experienced with complex problem solving and analysis using statistical methods
• Proficient in crunching numbers, handling large datasets with strong quantitative skills
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills
• Attention to details and high data accuracy.
• Pro-active and willing-to-learn attitude
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems is essential (SAP experience is a definite advantage)
• Experience with visual analytics platform is essential (eg. Power BI)

Overview:

We are hiring for a Supply Planning Specialist to support end-to-end supply planning, with a strong focus on TikTok and Shopify channels, while providing procurement support across our global matcha business. The role involves close coordination with suppliers in China and Japan, as well as cross-functional internal teams, to ensure the timely sourcing of matcha, packaging materials, and accessories. Its core objective is to drive optimal matcha procurement decisions and provide timely communication on inbound shipments to external stakeholders, maintaining consistent stock availability across all markets.

Role Description

· Forecast the amount of matcha to procure on Tiktok and Shopify and assist in the monthly procurement process of ordering of matcha based on historical sales data

· Maintain accurate matcha accessories inventory and packaging components inventory from service providers in China and matcha supply from suppliers in Japan

· Procurement of matcha accessories (e.g., whisks, spoons) and components (e.g., cans, stickers, labels, sachets) from China to Singapore and USA

· Track and update inbound shipment statuses from various suppliers to 3rd party warehouse service providers

· Support the Supply Planning Associate in maintaining and coordinating supplier relationships in Japan, including follow-ups on supply planning and procurement matters

· Work with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate supplier invoice matching to price of raw materials

· Work with the e-commerce team to support improvements in supply chain reporting, procurement tracking, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA / BBM), Supply Chain, or related discipline

· 0-1 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or vendor coordination will be a plus

· This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates who are looking to build a foundation in supply planning and procurement, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Strong Excel skills; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems preferred

· Experience working with Chinese and Japanese suppliers is a plus

· Conversational Mandarin or Japanese is a plus

· Detail-oriented, structured, and dependable in handling operational follow-ups and reporting tasks

You will coordinate with buyers and 3PL providers to track shipments, facilitate customs clearance, process import permits, maintain records, and support daily reporting and cross-functional operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted import activities.

Key Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

• Handle end-to-end import transactions and ensure accurate, compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with buyers and 3PL to monitor shipment status and ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Verify purchase orders and maintain accurate records for all related systems.
• Prepare and process import permits through the e-IP system.
• Monitor, update, and distribute daily import status reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support the Supervisor and other departments to ensure efficient and uninterrupted import operations.
