• To oversee reservation operations for CV2 Accommodation including OTA platforms, online booking channels, and Property Management System (PMS). 1) Reservation Management

7) Reporting & Reservation Analysis

• Prepare reservation reports, booking summaries, OTA performance reports, and occupancy statistics for management review.

8) Weekly and Monthly Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on total revenue, reservation performance, and booking statistics for each OTA platform for management review.

9) Cross Department Coordination
