Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to create a positive first impression and guide them through the showroom to enhance their shopping experience
• Assess customer needs by asking relevant questions and recommend suitable mattress and sleep products to meet those needs
• Communicate the brand story and product benefits clearly to help customers make informed purchase decisions
• Support daily showroom operations by organizing displays, restocking products, and assisting with inventory management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional showroom environment to ensure a welcoming space for customers and staff
• Collect and document customer feedback and insights to help improve service quality and product offerings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a positive, friendly, and confident attitude when interacting with customers and team members
• Show responsibility by being punctual, committed, and willing to learn new skills and take initiative
• Ability to commit to a long-term role is preferred but not mandatory

• Working Hours: Weekdays, 10:00am – 6:00pm
• Compensation: SGD 12 per hour, CPF provided

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage and assist showroom customers confidently
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Drive strong customer experience and sales performance
• Maintain premium showroom presentation standards
• Support daily showroom operations and coordination
• Handle customer enquiries professionally

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with customers
• Self-driven and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a retail sales environment
• Able to commit weekends/public holidays
• Retail, hospitality, cabin crew, beauty, luxury or customer-facing experience is a plus

Working Hours:

• 5 or 6 days work week
• Rotating retail shifts 10am - 7pm / 1pm - 10pm

We are opening a Luxury Sleep Flagship in Orchard, designed as an immersive sleep experience, creating a calming environment where customers can slow down, explore, and discover better sleep.

About the Role

We are looking some someone that can create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests and guide them through a personalised sleep discovery journey. Rather than traditional retail selling, your role focuses on product experience and thoughtful customer engagement.

You will help customers understand their sleep preferences and introduce the products that best suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the flagship showroom and create a relaxed, premium in-store experience
• Introduce and demonstrate mattresses and sleep products in a thoughtful, engaging manner
• Encourage customers to experience the products at their own pace within the showroom
• Maintain the ambience and presentation of the store, ensuring a calm and inviting environment
• Support daily showroom operations such as display upkeeping, no cash register duties required
• Build positive relationships with customers through attentive and genuine service

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Warm, welcoming personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, reliable, and a team player
