• Plan and implement the Abnormal Handling (ABS/PAR/IEAR/BPD) system, assisting the FAB reviewing process abnormalities establishing an early warning notification system, with the aim of reducing quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of system execution.

• Plan and implement the MRB (Material Review Board), assisting the FAB reviewing waived products resulting from process abnormalities, in order to reduce quality loss and cost for the company and customers, and supervising the effectiveness of the system.

• Plan and implement internal audits, assisting the FAB in identifying processes and systems with quality risks, and supervising the effectiveness of improvements to risk processes.

• Plan and implement the MSA (Measurement System Analysis) system, assisting the FAB in performing calibration and capability assessment of measuring instruments to ensure the reliability of measurement values and thus ensure product quality.

• Implement the automotive service package, assisting the FAB in planning executable methods and systems, and auditing and supervising the execution process for automotive products.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering (ex. Electronics, Material science, Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, Data Science, Math)

• Candidates with more than 3 years of semiconductor process/quality/integration experience will be considered for a senior role

• Knowledge of problem solving (8D methodology), statistical techniques, Measurement System Analysis(MSA) and planning/project management is an advantage

• Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO/TS16949 or VDA6.3 standards, Lead Auditor qualification and audit handling/experience is preferred

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and customer requirements to drive product quality improvements

• Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with FAB module, PEI and Customers

1) Experience that will demonstrate proficiency and ease with one or more programming languages, quality assurance, scripting languages and operating systems.

2) Solid hands-on development experience in backend technologies including JAVA, J2EE, SQL and related technology stack, preferably incorporating open source libraries.

3) Hands-on experience to Spring Framework, Spring Boot, MongoDB and JPA / Hibernate is a strong plus.

4) Exposure to frameworks like Karate and TestNG is good to have to carry out QA tasks. Some knowledge of test automation frameworks is also a strong plus.

5) Strong foundation expected in data structures, algorithms, problem solving and complexity analysis. 6) Strong designing, analytical, programming & communication skills needed, along with aptitude for building stable solutions.

7) Knowledge about writing unit test cases using frameworks like JUnit / TestNG is desired.

8) Some demonstrated experience with n-tier web application development and experience in latest JDK is desired. Java / J2EE certification is a Plus. Experience with web services standards and related technologies (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, WS*, AXIS, JERSEY) is nice to have.

9) Demonstrable experience utilizing object-oriented patterns and design best practices is a strong plus.

10) Exposure to tools like Postman / any REST Client is desired. LINUX skills are required.

11) Exposure to frameworks like Karate and TestNG is good to have to carry out QA tasks. Some knowledge of test automation frameworks is also a strong plus.

12) Working knowledge of Continuous Integration / Delivery, and Test Driven Development is good to have.

13) Knowledge in micro services and hands-on experience on container platforms like Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift would be a strong plus.

14) Hands on experience in distributed architecture & data streaming approaches like Kafka and RabbitMQ is a strong plus.
