An Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Inspector verifies that raw materials, components, or chemicals from suppliers meet quality standards before they enter the production line, preventing defects. Key duties include sampling, conducting visual/dimensional inspections, testing materials, and documenting results.

• Inspection & Testing: Perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections, visual checks, and dimensional checks on incoming raw materials. If required, may need to operate AOI equipment for 100% inspection on incoming core boards.

• Non-Conforming Material Control: Identify, segregate, and place defective materials on hold to prevent use.
