Responsibilities
- Carry out inspections on incoming, in-process, and outgoing items to ensure they meet required standards
- Identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformance and flag issues for resolution
- Support quality checks on tools and processes to maintain consistency across operations
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure quality requirements are met
- Assist in tracking and following up on quality-related issues and corrective actions
- Support smooth handovers by ensuring inspection records are complete and accurate
- Contribute to maintaining overall quality standards within daily warehouse operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or quality-related roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with willingness to support overtime when required
