Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female individual to join our team as a Quality Document Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with document control experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality documentation system. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support in the tracking, controlling, distribution, and archiving of quality management system documents and applications. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively under scheduled timelines in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling quality document control cycle, including collecting, numbering, logging, tracking, distributing, archiving of quality documents (e.g., procedures, RFIs, ITPs, quality reports) in both electronic and hard copy formats, from subcontractors, client, third party and company internal sections.
· Maintain master summary lists of controlled quality documents to ensure accuracy and up-to-date status.
· Work with Novade APP (On-line RFI management software; training will be provided), PTS (On-line document transmittal App), and iSEPCO3 (APP as a Cloud Drive).
· Provide clerical support to the Quality team, including data entry, Collecting, photocopying, and scanning.
· Preparation of quality meeting minutes as required.
· Learn and adhere to company quality policies and Document Control procedures.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficiency and integrity of the document management system.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Diploma or higher qualification in engineering. A background in Civil Engineering, mechanical engineering, Information Technology, or other construction related field is considered a strong advantage.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF Apps.
· Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Must be able to adapt and perform under a certain degree of work pressure.
Working Conditions:
· Site office-based.
· Standard Working Hours: 5-day work per week, 9 hours per day (including break), 44 hours per week.
