KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day store operations — receiving, issuing, and recording materials, spare parts, and equipment used across road maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Access and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts
• Process purchase requisitions, delivery orders, and store documentation in an organised and timely manner
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Track and follow up on incoming and outgoing goods to support smooth workshop operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised storeroom environment
• Assist with administrative duties related to workshop operations as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and MS Access
• Knowledge of store processes and materials/spare parts management
• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in a workshop or construction store setting preferred
• Meticulous, reliable, and able to work independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
