Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with sales forecasts and company growth objectives
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure reliable supply chains
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, rebates, and contracts to optimize cost savings and improve profit margins
• Build and sustain strong supplier partnerships to guarantee long-term supply stability
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations focusing on pricing, quality, delivery, and compliance

Purchasing & Supply Planning

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from purchase requisition through shipment coordination
• Plan purchasing volumes based on demand forecasts, seasonal trends, and promotional schedules
• Analyze market trends, commodity price changes, and currency fluctuations to inform purchasing decisions
• Ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid shortages while minimizing excess inventory and product expiry risks

Inventory & Cost Control

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support healthy stock turnover rates
• Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin enhancement
• Monitor and report key procurement performance indicators, including cost savings, supplier reliability, lead times, and inventory aging

Storekeeper Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of storage area.

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and reliable material supply to Production while optimizing inventory performance and supplier delivery. This role plays a key part in driving supply chain stability, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional alignment within a low‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing environment.

This position reports to the Senior Purchasing Manager, is part of the Purchasing team, located in Singapore, and will be an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure continuity of material supply to Production by proactively managing demand fluctuations, applying Kanban pull systems, and partnering with Planning, Order Fulfillment, and Manufacturing to balance assurance of supply with inventory optimization.

• Lead supplier performance management initiatives, including driving on‑time delivery improvements, maintaining agreed safety stock levels, conducting supplier audits, and collaborating with suppliers to address demand variability, open liabilities, and forecasting accuracy.

The essential requirements of the job include:

About this role

The Procurement Engineer is responsible for leading and executing sourcing and procurement activities for complex process automation projects, combining engineering knowledge with commercial expertise. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of technically compliant materials, equipment, and services, aligned with project specifications and quality standards. The Procurement Engineer will work closely with Project Execution, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to support large-scale project execution, mitigate technical risks, and ensure optimal supplier selection. In addition, the role will be part of the broader supply chain activities including planning, logistics coordination, and order fulfilment to ensure seamless end-to-end MRO and project delivery. The main tasks and responsibilities are:

Technical Sourcing &Procurement

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and purchasing activities for engineering projects involving instrumentation, control systems, and mechanical/electrical components.

Continuous Improvement :

• Contribute to process improvements in sourcing and purchasing workflows, supplier onboarding, and digital procurement tools.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related disciplines is preferred)
• 3–5 years of Engineering sourcing or procurement experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or process industries.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation
• Exposure to supply chain operations such as planning, logistics, or order fulfilment will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in project procurement (EPC / SI/ automation projects preferred)
