1)       Operations Excellence

• Support daily store operations, including sales execution, inventory management, merchandising and product presentation, order fulfilment, cashier management, safety, security, and general store upkeep.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals, APAC demand, and margin targets

• More than 10 years of procurement management experience in FMCG or a brand owner environment
• Proven track record in vendor negotiation, cost optimisation, and supplier performance management
• Experience supporting NPD commercialisation with OEM or contract manufacturers, including feasibility studies, costing, and trial coordination
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple local and regional initiatives concurrently
