Responsibility
Requisition fulfilment for raw materials & tools from local/overseas suppliers
Manage supplier relationships, resolving discrepancies, or quality issues on purchase
Generating purchase orders, oversee delivery schedules and proper filing of documents
Work together with warehouse supervisor to monitor stock level
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments & deliveries (including permits)
Designing, updating and implementation of new/existing purchasing policies
Perform ad-hoc duties related to the Purchasing function
Requirements
Able to communicate effectively with English & Chinese speaking clients preferrably
