Job Description:
•     Assist the QS Department in preparing and compiling claims for construction roadworks — including traffic diversion, road markings, milling & patching, and signage installation

•     Verify site locations (typically 15–20 locations) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date

•     Update and maintain the claim tracking Excel file using verified site data

•     Perform data entry, organise documentation, and support timely claim submissions

•     Coordinate with site teams to confirm quantities, completed works, and supporting documents such as photos and reports

•     Ensure all claim documents comply with company standards and project requirements

The School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) at NTU invites applications for a Part-Time Research Assistant to support the CoHASS Research Support Grant project AI and Quantum Visualization: Artistic Dissemination for Public Engagement.
