Probationary pay $2000, confirmation period 3 months.

Duties:

* Managing document control, data entry, filing systems, and maintaining organized records for smooth office operations.

* Coordinating schedules, meetings, and correspondence while supporting logistics teams and management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

* Handling documentation related to GST, GIRO arrangements, and CPF coordination in compliance with statutory requirements.

* Supporting MOM-related administrative applications through preparation of documents, tracking submissions, and ensuring proper workflow coordination.

Job Description

Programmes & Event Support

• Support rollout of volunteer initiatives, including coordinating training and briefings

• Assist in planning and executing volunteer programmes and events

• Support time-sensitive execution of volunteer appointment and appreciation events

Administrative Support (Youth Courts Advisers)

• Provide interim support for scheduling coordination between Advisers and Youth Courts

• Assist in organising learning journeys and ad-hoc engagement sessions

Volunteer Management

• Maintain and update volunteer databases and records

• Support volunteer engagement and mobilisation initiatives

Key Requirements

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail

• Good project management and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Canva

• Able to engage stakeholders effectively
