 Regression test suites were identified, and automated scripts were returned for the

suites as required for better performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Interior Design Drafter who is proficient in Coohom to support our design team. You will be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and visualizations to bring design concepts to life, ensuring they align with project requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior design drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using Coohom.
• Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and presentations.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

Core Requirements (Strict)

• Singapore Citizen
• Minimum 5–8 years of overall IT delivery experience
• Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in large-scale IT systems
• Minimum 2 years exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional SDLC (Waterfall / Hybrid)
• Proven experience handling complex system integrations and multi-vendor environments

Roles & Responsibilities :

We need Kinaxis solution architect/senior consultant to implement Kinaxis Maestro strategy in two strategic IT projects, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Report to senior architectural designer
• Collaboration in space planning assignments, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, design documentation and construction site supervision for design implementation.
• Plan, schedule and run design activities to meet the project programme.
• Preparation of communicative presentations (in pptx or other media)
• Preparation of coherent sets of design-focused tender drawings
• Coordination with consultants, vendors, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other collaborators to meet overall project objectives.
• Ensure all designs meet with local regulatory compliance requirements.
• Review of shop drawings submittals and finish samples
• Conducting site observations to monitor construction progress and to ensure that planning and design intent are fully realised at site.
• Contribution to refinement of office design processes

Requirements

• Singaporean or Singapore PR only
• 3-5 years of experience in the design industry.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience in Healthcare, Laboratory, Nursing homes, Special needs facilities and workplace preferred but not necessary. However, willingness to learn is a must.
• Excel in 3D modelling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit skillset is strongly preferred. (Others include acad, Sketch-up, Enscape, adobe and Microsoft suites).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Available for business travel if necessary.
• Have a keen desire to produce good and aesthetic designs. A good eye for good aesthetics is a plus.
• Familiar with local codes and building practices is preferred, but not necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Solution Strategy & Architecture  

• Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Agency journey and related insurance solutions, including integration with core systems (PAS, billing, claims, reinsurance).     
• Lead solution ideation, feasibility analysis, and fit-gap assessments for new initiatives.     
• Develop architecture guardrails and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Domain Expertise      

• Serve as a subject matter expert in insurance domains such as life, health, and general insurance, with a strong focus on Distribution transformation areas across Agency lifecycle like Recruitment, Training, Leads Management, Performance Management, Reporting and Analytics.      
• Leverage platforms like Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver digital, omni-channel experiences.

Technical Leadership     

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and integration patterns.    
• Guide development teams on best practices for Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and data modeling.     
• Oversee solution implementation, customization, and deployment.

Stakeholder Engagement      

• Collaborate with business units, product owners, and project managers to align solution design with business objectives.    
• Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to senior leadership and enterprise architecture committees.

Quality & Governance

• Establish and enforce solution design standards, reusable components, and documentation practices.     
• Conduct design reviews, performance assessments, and security audits.

Requirements:   

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, with at least 5 years in Salesforce implementations.·      
• Deep understanding of insurance business processes and regulatory requirements with focus on Distribution and Agency journey transformation     
• Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration tools (Apigee, MuleSoft, Kafka).     
• Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.

Preferred    

• Experience with InsurTech platforms and digital transformation programs.  
• Familiarity with SOC 2, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, MS Visio, and OneView.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities      
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.     
• Ability to mentor junior architects and developers
