The incumbent will support his/ her Reporting Officer in the management of vendors to fulfil service contract obligations. This role ensures smooth execution of service operations, including logistics and supply chain activities, while providing actionable insights to improve productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Operations Execution

• Support daily service operations across Singapore and Emerging Markets, ensuring smooth end-to-end case handling and service delivery
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for service parts, including inbound and outbound movements
• Manage inventory to be in line with global targets
• Partner with field service teams to support planning, dispatch coordination, and timely service execution
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements

2. KPI Monitoring & Performance Management

• Track and monitor key operational KPIs, including service performance, inventory, backlog, and case resolution timelines

Requirements
