Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse user requirements, prepare technical specifications/design and estimate impact & efforts;
• Design, Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM). Build and customize platform components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flows, Data Policies, and Catalog Items;
• Perform data engineering tasks including data analysis, data transformation, and data validation. Integrate data from multiple sources and build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines;
• Automate operational tasks (eg: for reconciliation) using scripting (shell script, power shell java script) or programming languages (Python);
• Provide technical support for applications/tools supported by enablement team, including incident/problem troubleshooting, resolution and performance optimization;
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and IT standards, securities and governance;
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams, report status and progress regularly;
• Prepare and update the relevant documentations as required;

Key Responsibilities

▸ Design, develop, and customise Oracle Flexcube FCUBS modules including CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Trade Finance, and GL.

▸ Develop and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages for core banking operations.

▸ Build and enhance Flexcube functionalities using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) tool and ODT (Oracle Diagnostic Tool).

Required Skills & Experience:
