Delivery Leadership
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical delivery for ETL and data integration projects — from planning and design to execution, testing, deployment, and post production stabilization.
• Develop delivery roadmaps, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery related matters, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
Technical Oversight
• Provide guidance on ETL architecture, data modeling, and integration best practices.
• Review and validate technical designs, mappings, data flows, and solution specifications.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder & Cross Team Collaboration
• Work closely with upstream source data systems, downstream systems, domain architects, and system analysts to translate requirements into technical execution plans.
• Coordinate with System Analysts, TCoE, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure smooth delivery alignment.
• Manage third party vendors or offshore teams as required.
Quality & Governance
• Ensure adherence to development standards, SDLC processes, and project governance.
• Oversee system testing, UAT support, deployment activities, and operational handovers.
• Establish and track metrics for delivery performance and solution quality.
Risk & Issue Management
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation plans.
• Resolve delivery blockers and escalate issues appropriately with recommended solutions.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Informatica).
• In‑depth understanding of data warehousing, data integration patterns, data quality, and metadata management.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling techniques.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• 5+ years in technical delivery or project management roles within data/ETL environments.
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Experience with setting up or upgrading Informatica PowerCenter is a plus.
