We are seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee and manage all leasing matters for the Company’s food court, coffee shop, and F&B operations. Key Responsibilities

· Conducts comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to include review of procedures and events which warrant special handling and detailed information

· Promotes Inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities

· Monitors and controls the inventories for operating equipment and supplies

· Communicates to the General Manager to his/her delegate, and other Department heads, all information likely to be of interest to them

· Monitors and controls the Front Office department operation in the areas of revenue expenditure, profitable and performance against budget

Accountability

This is the top room’s division job in a large full-service, luxury, resort, or major flagship hotel with an extensive range of facilities and services, demanding competitive pressures, and a large number of VIP and key guests. Directly and indirectly supervises a large number of Front Office and Housekeeping employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail store teams to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail outlets.
• Monitor and improve sales performance across all stores.
• Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and discipline.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop retail staff.
• Handle employee issues and customer complaints professionally.
• Plan and execute store promotions, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across all retail outlets.
• Drive team motivation and maintain a positive working culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or multi-store operations.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Able to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Experienced in handling customer complaints and staff-related matters.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales management.
