Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the building maintenance team, supporting the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the installation, repair, and upkeep of the Club’s property. This includes machinery and kitchen equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, fire and life safety systems, as well as buildings and other structures. The role also encompasses cost control, expense management, and the planning and budgeting of both capital and operational expenditures.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the facilities maintenance team.

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in forecasting operational and capital budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling works at construction and industrial project sites. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient scaffolding operations in accordance with Singapore WSH standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
