Requirements:

1. Academic & Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong grounding in investment concepts, portfolio analysis, and fund structures.

2. Experience

• 5–7 years in:
  • Mutual fund product management
  • Fund selection & due diligence
  • Wealth management or private banking environment

3. Product Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
  • Traditional funds: equity, fixed income, mixed assets
  • Alternative funds: hedge funds, private market vehicles
• Ability to assess fund mandate, investment process, risk metrics, and suitability.

4. Communication & Presentation Skills

• Experience conducting:
  • RM/IC product training
  • Client seminars for high-net-worth individuals
  • Internal product briefings
• Ability to convert complex fund concepts into simple selling points.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Strong collaboration skills with:
  • Internal teams (ICs, RMs, Compliance, Risk, Product Approval)
  • External fund managers and partners

6. Personality & Work Traits

• Proactive, self-starter, resourceful
• Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt under pressure
• Strong teamwork, listening, conflict management skills
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented

7. Language Requirement

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as communication with Taiwan/Greater China teams and clients requires Traditional Chinese.
