The successful candidate will work closely with the management team and clinic teams to ensure smooth daily operations, service excellence, compliance with internal procedures, business growth and brand development.

Operations Management

Duties and responsibilities

a. Supervise and manage of construction workers on daily site activities.

b. Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.

c. Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping.

d. Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works.

e. Check and ensure material order and fabrication works in compliance with the specification and drawings.

f. Responsible for the day to day supervision of projects and carry out associated administrative duties.

g. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

h. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

i. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.

j. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice-versa.

k. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

Working conditions

Due to the nature of the job, there might be requirements for regular overtime work, weekend works and working with challenging client.

Requirement

·At least 5 years of reinforced concrete works experience in construction is required

PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report to Senior Vice President (SVP), Long-Term Contracts Management.

• Lead LNG delivery management of DGE’s long-term LNG purchases and sales contracts in relation to projects that Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) has equity LNG liftings, including direct communication with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

• As LNG delivery management directly relates to profit and loss of DGE, strong ownership and continuous focus will be required to ensure LNG deliveries.

• Support SVP in formulating DGE’s Business Plans and Budgets as well as internal DGE reporting.

• Form and lead special purpose teams or taskforce as tasked by SVP to study, propose and implement DGE’s value or efficiency enhancement measures.

• As buyer portfolio will increasingly become Japan oriented, building strong relationships with relevant Japanese buyers in fluent Japanese for smooth implementation is required.

• Where delegated, manage external relationships on behalf of SVP including respective senior management representatives.

• Bridge other directorates within DGE as well as external stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo delivery and scheduling.

• Managing and directing own direct reports as well as facilitating collaboration among all directorate members as well as other directorates within DGE, including but not limited to establishing clear objectives, valuations of scenarios, identifying challenges, proposing solutions and executing strategy and operations.

• Facilitating ongoing professional development of direct reports.

• Establish and maintain a strong and motivated team environment including guiding staff and resolving any interpersonal team issues.

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 10 years of in-depth experience within the LNG industry, preferably with major oil and gas company, and experience ranging from LNG marketing, development of new LNG projects, LNG value-chain contract negotiations, LNG operation and scheduling.

• Proven track record in successful implementation of LNG deliveries as well as direct buyer engagements and negotiations, especially with Japanese counterparts.

• Extensive experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment including leading and managing such a team. Extensive experiences in overseas assignment preferable.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legal restrictions applicable to the sales, export and transportation of LNG in the global market.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent negotiation skills in fluent English and Japanese, as well as high level of linguistic skills in both languages.

• Meticulous and detailed focus with ability to identify complex concepts including ability to lead structured negotiations of complex commercial agreements within the LNG value chain.

• Ability to build strong relationships quickly with stakeholders and external third parties.

• Possess a high level of commercial awareness with ability to identify and propose solutions to commercial issues, consistent with the company’s objectives.

• Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.

• Possess a high level of cultural awareness with ability to successfully communicate with staff, internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Plan, schedule, and supervise daily M&E activities to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
• Drawing & Plan Review: Interpret and evaluate mechanical/electrical blueprints, Construction Shop Drawings (CSD), and as-built drawings.
• Quality & Safety: Monitor fabrication standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Assign tasks to tradespeople, guide trainees, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Attend daily site meetings and manage M&E coordination plans with architects and structural teams

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on M&E supervision, preferably in building construction or industrial facilities.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Project (or similar scheduling software), AutoCAD, and risk management.

For this role, you will be in charge of financial accounting, including month end reporting and analysis.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

-       In charge of Financial Accounting and overall financial book closing

-       Approval of invoices in the accounting system after users’ verification

-       Accrual of monthly expenses

-       Payment processing

-       Intercompany Billing

-       Month end financial reporting pack for management, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reporting and analysis

-       Preparation of monthly financial schedules

-       Preparation of half yearly audit requirements, including audit schedules and liaising with external auditors

-       Admin related work of the Finance department

-       Any other adhoc duties as assigned

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

-       Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or ACCA

-       Qualified Accountant, CPA or CA preferred

-       Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting firm and/or MNCs

-       Self-starter, self-motivated and positive, organized, hands-on, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently.

-       Able to effectively manage time and to meet tight deadlines.

-       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-       Good verbal and written communication skills.

-       Able to work as a team.
