• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to align design solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders, gathering and incorporating feedback for iterative improvements.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions, analyzing results, and making adjustments to optimize user experience.
• Advocate for the user experience and employ best practices in UI/UX design throughout the development process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience Level: 

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, agile environment.
