Job Scope:

• Configure and maintain operating systems, software, drivers, firmware, and endpoint devices
• Perform PC imaging, patch management, and deployment
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for system updates, security patches, and software upgrades
• Evaluate and support hardware/software upgrades (tech refresh)
• Troubleshoot issues and support users across different locations when required
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and system performance

Requirements

• Singaporean only 
• Diploma in IT or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
