Tanggungjawab

Kepimpinan & Pengurusan Pasukan

• Memimpin, mengurus dan membangunkan pasukan gudang untuk mencapai prestasi dan

• pembangunan kakitangan.

Pengurusan Operasi Gudang

• Mengawasi semua operasi gudang harian termasuk penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengambilan, pembungkusan dan pengedaran.
• Memastikan penyelarasan aktiviti logistik masuk dan keluar berjalan lancar.
• Memantau prestasi operasi dan melaksanakan penambahbaikan untuk meningkatkan kecekapan dan produktiviti.

Kawalan & Perancangan Inventori

• Memastikan ketepatan rekod inventori yang tinggi dan melaksanakan prosedur kawalan inventori yang mantap.
• Pantau tahap stok dan bekerjasama dengan pasukan Jualan dan Perolehan untuk perancangan permintaan dan penambahan semula.
• Menjalankan audit stok secara berkala dan rawak untuk mengekalkan integriti inventori.

Penambahbaikan & Strategi Proses

• Membangun, menyemak dan menambah baik SOP, aliran kerja dan sistem gudang untuk mengoptimumkan operasi.
• Memacu inisiatif penambahbaikan berterusan untuk mengurangkan kos, menambah baik masa penyelesaian dan meningkatkan kecekapan.
• Kenal pasti peluang untuk automasi, penambahbaikan sistem dan amalan terbaik.

Logistik & Penyelarasan Pihak Berkepentingan

• Berhubung dengan pengangkut, penghantar barang dan penyedia logistik pihak ketiga untuk memastikan penghantaran yang tepat pada masanya dan berkualiti.
• Bekerjasama dengan jabatan dalaman (Jualan, Perolehan, Kewangan) untuk menyelaraskan matlamat operasi.
• Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan melalui penyelarasan dan penyampaian perkhidmatan yang berkesan.

Pelaporan & Pematuhan

• Menyediakan dan membentangkan laporan bulanan dan suku tahunan mengenai prestasi gudang,
• status inventori dan KPI kepada Pengurusan.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan dasar syarikat, peraturan keselamatan dan keperluan undang-undang.

Keperluan Utama

• Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Pengurusan Gudang, Logistik, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :-

The Construction Manager (CM) shall be responsible for the planning and execution of the construction works, managing field construction supervisors and plant and equipment supervisors, planning and managing temporary works, and ensuring the construction works are executed in accordance with the contract specifications

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management
