Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
•Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
•Fridays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
•Other deployment hours will be done subject to exigencies of service and with mutual agreement between School and Employee.
Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:
Man the reception counter in General Office.
•Perform Professional Customer Services facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office.
•Management of records such as maintaining and updating filing and inventory.
•Manage lost and found items and delivery of goods.
•Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay, including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons and providing basic first aid to injured students.
•Managing all student matters such as Student and Class Photos, NRICs applications in school, School Health Checks, Dental Checks, QSE surveys and other events with Students. Packing of phamplets, leaflets and souvenirs for staff and students and assist Teachers in-charge. Contact Teachers in-charge when their goods arrived in school and assist them.
•Secretarial tasks such as arranging appointments, organising meetings, calling students and parents for fee arreas etc.
•Upkeep Cleanliness of School Leaders Rooms and Pantry in General Office
•Perform other related administrative duties as required by School Leaders and Admin Manager.
Requirements:
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications , skills and experience:
•Completed Secondary School Education.
•Preferably three (3) years of experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment
•General computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
•Able to work with computers and maintain the e-applications that school have eg: early release of students; late coming of students etc.
•Teamworker and able to work independently and have positive attitude.
