Responsible  for driving wire bonding equipment performance and reliability to meet production targets. The role focuses on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and minimizing unplanned downtime (UDT). This includes planning maintenance strategies, leading troubleshooting activities, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure stable and efficient equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and improve equipment performance metrics (OEE, MTBC, UDT)
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment-related issues
• Plan and optimize preventive maintenance strategies and schedules
• Monitor equipment performance trends and drive improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production, process, and vendors to implement effective solutions
• Coach and guide technicians on technical problem-solving and best practices

• Lead, manage and take ownership on the overall operational health of the HVAC and Mechanical system
• Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and equipment repairs
• Manage capacity and design changes according to the requirements from manufacturing/customers
• Conduct and execute facility system improvements on reliability hardening, safety performance as well as cost optimization and reduction
• Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
• Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive maintenance outsource service contracts
• Maintain compliance to local city and state government requirement and overall country legal legislation, ordinances and codes of practices.
• Liaison with relevant local government agencies and contractors
• Engage and liaison with consultants on mechanical system design and construction.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Comply with all safety procedures, practices and requirements
• Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
• Attend training sessions and seminars and other assigned tasks as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To establish the operation procedure, system monitoring & repair maintenance of responsible sections.
2. To review & analyze the operating data to optimize the Facilities operating system
3. To support production / manufacturing needs and request
4. To team up with all the facilities peers & contractors in troubleshooting the Facilities system
5. To identified & drive the cost saving & improvement program
6. To supervise contractor engineer and technician, routine job to ensure the HVAC & Mechanical system supporting production comply to specification and government regulation
7. Manage Mechanical System for multiple Plants.
8. To plan, organize, execute & control for the specific project
9. To ensure compliance to IMS requirement, Contamination Control, 5S & Safety
10. To liaise with contractor, consultant on the facilities related matters
11. To coordinate the major plan shutdown maintenance
12. To carry out special task as assigned by supervisor
13. To support the activities to the company needs

1. Ensure Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) — including MTBF, MTTR and MWT — for production lines consistently meet or exceed set targets.
2. Execute all relevant activities to achieve departmental KPIs (S,Q,D,C), while driving continuous improvement through realistic goal setting in collaboration with the team.
3. Lead or support root cause analysis using structured methodologies such as Fishbone Diagram, Why- Why, Is/Is not analysis.
4. Ensure all maintenance-related content and documentation reflect the most current data and insights to support informed decision-making and continuous process optimization (PDCA, SPL, OCAP, PSS.PFMEA,CP)
5. Actively participate in Value Stream Daily Leadership Review (DLR) and MyKATA sessions to align with operational priorities and drive engagement.
6. Contribute meaningfully to Value Stream Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) on a quarterly basis, supporting long-term performance enhancements.
7. Perform troubleshooting and repair of for equipment related issues involving mechanical, electrical and PLC automation systems
8. Collaborate closely with process owners and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues, technical issues and implement improvement initiatives effectively.
9. Train, coach, and develop technician technical know-how to independently and effectively handle assembly station troubleshooting and sustainment activities.
10. New project early involvement to evaluate equipment performance and TPM readiness with technical analysis for rational decision justification. Manage and ensure timely preparation and uploading of all maintenance-related manufacturing documents prior to operational release.
11. Participate actively in TEF departmental initiatives such as Lean After Lean, Digitalization and Automation Projects, and BPS-TPM activities.
12. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior, ensuring flexibility and commitment to team and organizational goals.

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and engineers to achieve key maintenance, quality, and equipment performance goals, ensuring strong readiness and reliability of assets for ongoing and future operations.
   
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of TPM pillars, including maintenance KPI (OEE,MTBF,MTTR, tDt), preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and focused improvement to strengthen equipment uptime and stability.
   
• Champion maintenance excellence by coordinating effective planning of maintenance activities, optimizing resource utilization according to company policy, RBA and local labor legal requirement, overseeing equipment condition monitoring, and conducting risk assessments for equipment reliability.
   
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and structured training to build technicians’ technical capability, career growth, and motivation toward achieving departmental objectives.
   
• Instill systematic problem-solving culture, applying root-cause analysis and problem solving tools, LEAN concepts, and reliability-based approaches to eliminate chronic losses.
   
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment that encourages ideas, cross-functional cooperation, and continuous professional development.
