Quality Assurance & Quality Control

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
• Conduct material inspections, method statement reviews, and ensure all works meet project specifications and QP/RTO requirements.
• Prepare and carry out Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and quality-related forms.
• Perform site inspections together with the consultant, client representatives, and subcontractors.
• Ensure construction activities comply with BCA, MOM, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Site & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Safety team, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Assist in resolving technical and quality-related issues on site.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), CAR (Corrective Action Reports), and follow up on closure.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, quality checks, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for management and client review.

Continuous Improvement

• Implement quality control training for site teams and subcontractors.
• Recommend improvement measures to enhance construction quality and prevent recurring issues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years QA/QC experience in the construction industry (main contractors preferred).
• Strong knowledge of BCA standards, CONQUAS, Quality Mark, and Singapore construction codes.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, inspection procedures, and material quality requirements.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with site and project teams.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple inspections and submissions.

About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Management Executive to support the daily operations and maintenance of a government project site. The role involves coordinating maintenance works, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and to maintain building performance and safety.

Job description:

• Assist in carrying out building and structural inspections in compliance with BCA periodic inspection requirements.

• Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation.

• Assist in preparing method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments.

• Support the Project Manager in daily operations for maintenance and small-scale construction works.

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress.

• Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

• Attend site inspections, meetings, and progress reviews.

• Assist in preparing progress reports, material submissions, and site records.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Services or related field

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction projects

• Experience in government or institutional projects will be an advantage

• Able to work in a site-based environment

Maintenance & Logistics Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Maintenance Coordination

• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure machinery and equipment remain operational.
• Monitor and track preventive maintenance schedules for construction equipment, generators, excavators, vehicles, and other assets.
• Liaise with service providers on repairs, servicing, inspections, and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation in the ERP system.
• Monitor equipment readiness and provide regular updates to stakeholders on maintenance status.
• Assist in investigating equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance reports.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate transportation arrangements for workers, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, dormitory operators, and project teams to support operational requirements.

  Job Requirements
• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, logistics coordination, fleet management, facilities management, or construction operations.
• Experience in the construction, marine, engineering, or industrial sector will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with construction equipment such as excavators, generators, heavy vehicles, or machinery is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel between project sites, dormitories, and company premises when required.
