Responsibilities:

• Develop, support and enhance the Data Download Centre (including Engineering Portal) and iSCM websites.
• Develop, support and enhance Excel productivity enhancement tools (VBA macros).
• Support end-users in usage of Plasma and ACCPAC and help to resolve any operational issues, including working together with vendor (YHQ or Databit) if necessary.
• Develop and enhance data extraction and transformation mechanisms on sourcesystems (e.g. Plasma, YEOS, NYQT, Oracle BI, SAP RFC, PTS etc.) and store the results into Plasma Info Server Monitor the space consumption of Plasma Info
• Perform ad-hoc retrieval of order/production/sales data to support incident
• Investigation, reporting or other requests.
• Support Migration Activities of Existing Plasma Info Server to SAP.
• Support & ensure successful implementation of Company-wide Automation (ERP) Projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Info systems / Computer Science

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end product development cycle for group and individual insurance products

• Perform pricing and profitability analysis, including assumption setting and financial modelling

• Prepare and submit product filings to regulators, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines

• Develop and review benefit illustrations and product documentation

• Support product implementation, including system setup and cross-functional coordination

• Conduct product reviews and experience studies to monitor performance and recommend improvements

• Prepare management reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline

• Good progress in professional actuarial examinations

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in actuarial/product development within the insurance industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel); knowledge of actuarial modelling tools is an added advantage
